Project Title: Romero Britto Clay Project
Description:
- The work of Brazilian neo-pop artist, painter, serigrapher, and sculptor, Romero Britto (born October 6, 1963) was explored. Bold black lines, bright colors and everyday images were typical of his work. Students created a slab hot plate complete with their own design in the style of Britto. Special attention was paid to clay construction and glazing technique.
