4^th and 5^th Grade

Project Title: Stacking Up

Description:

• 4th and 5th grade artists worked collaboratively to create 3-dimensional wood sculptures of living creatures.  Students had to meet specific criteria for their sculpture while practicing teamwork skills.  Problem solving strategies were recorded as a group.  A rendering of each sculpture was made by each student proposing different design ideas for adding color.
